These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern membership participation with DPA Compass LLC (“DPA Compass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to a DPA Compass LLC membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Membership Options

DPA Compass LLC offers membership options that may include annual and monthly payment plans. Membership levels, fees, benefits, and opportunities are described on the DPA Compass LLC website and may be updated from time to time.

Membership benefits are based on the membership level selected at the time of enrollment.

2. Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are recurring subscriptions and are billed automatically each month to the payment method provided by the member.

Monthly members agree to a minimum initial commitment of three (3) consecutive months.

After the initial three-month commitment has been completed, the membership will continue to automatically renew each month unless canceled by the member in accordance with these Terms.

Members must cancel before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next monthly membership charge.

3. Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are recurring subscriptions and are billed automatically once every twelve (12) months to the payment method provided by the member.

Annual memberships will automatically renew for another twelve-month membership period unless canceled by the member before the next scheduled renewal date.

Members are responsible for monitoring their renewal date and submitting a cancellation request in sufficient time to prevent an unwanted renewal.

4. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits vary according to the membership level selected.

Benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Website directory visibility
  • Professional or business recognition
  • Networking opportunities
  • Newsletter opportunities
  • Promotional opportunities
  • Educational and community outreach opportunities
  • Featured placement
  • Collaboration opportunities
  • Other benefits identified for the applicable membership level

DPA Compass LLC does not guarantee a specific number of referrals, leads, clients, sales, business opportunities, or financial results as a result of membership.

Membership provides access to available membership opportunities and benefits; it does not guarantee business results.

5. Payment and Automatic Renewal

By enrolling in a DPA Compass LLC membership, the member authorizes DPA Compass LLC and/or its designated payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided for the applicable membership fee.

All memberships are subject to automatic renewal unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring that their billing information remains accurate and current.

If a payment is declined, rejected, or otherwise cannot be processed, DPA Compass LLC may suspend membership benefits until the outstanding payment is resolved.

DPA Compass LLC reserves the right to terminate a membership if payment remains outstanding.

6. Cancellation

Members may request cancellation of their membership by contacting DPA Compass LLC through the contact information provided on the DPA Compass LLC website.

Monthly Membership Cancellation

Monthly members may cancel after completing the required initial three-month commitment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next monthly charge.

Annual Membership Cancellation

Annual members may cancel their membership before the next scheduled annual renewal date to prevent the membership from automatically renewing for another twelve-month period.

Cancellation does not eliminate any payment obligations that became due before the effective cancellation date.

A cancellation request received after a scheduled payment has been processed will apply to the next applicable billing period.

7. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed, including payments resulting from automatic renewal.

DPA Compass LLC may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances or when otherwise required by applicable law.

A member's failure to cancel before the applicable renewal or billing date does not automatically qualify the member for a refund.

Refunds, when approved, do not establish an obligation for DPA Compass LLC to provide refunds in future circumstances.

8. Changes to Membership Benefits

DPA Compass LLC may modify, add, remove, or replace membership benefits, opportunities, programs, or features from time to time.

DPA Compass LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall value and purpose of each membership level.

Changes to specific benefits do not automatically entitle a member to a refund.

9. Member Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully when representing themselves as a DPA Compass LLC member.

Members agree to:

  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Respond to referrals and business inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about their services and qualifications.
  • Respect other DPA Compass members, clients, partners, and community participants.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Avoid making false, misleading, or deceptive statements.
  • Avoid using DPA Compass membership to engage in unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unethical activities.

DPA Compass LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if a member violates these standards.

10. Referrals and Business Opportunities

DPA Compass LLC may provide members with opportunities for referrals, networking, marketing, education, collaboration, or community engagement.

Membership does not guarantee that a member will receive referrals, leads, clients, contracts, sales, or other business opportunities.

DPA Compass LLC is not responsible for the actions, representations, services, or business practices of individual members.

Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when entering into business relationships with other members or individuals introduced through DPA Compass LLC.

11. Use of DPA Compass Name and Branding

Members may identify themselves as a DPA Compass LLC member only while their membership remains active and in good standing.

Members may not use the DPA Compass LLC name, logo, trademarks, or other branding in a manner that suggests DPA Compass LLC endorses, guarantees, or is legally responsible for the member's products, services, statements, or business activities without prior written authorization.

12. Suspension or Termination by DPA Compass LLC

DPA Compass LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if:

  • Membership payments are delinquent.
  • The member violates these Terms.
  • The member engages in unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unethical conduct.
  • The member misuses DPA Compass LLC's name, logo, website, or resources.
  • The member engages in conduct that could negatively affect DPA Compass LLC, its members, partners, clients, or community relationships.

Termination by DPA Compass LLC due to a member's violation of these Terms generally does not entitle the member to a refund.

13. No Guarantee of Results

DPA Compass LLC provides networking, educational, promotional, resource, and collaborative opportunities.

However, DPA Compass LLC does not guarantee any particular business outcome, including leads, referrals, customers, contracts, revenue, or return on membership investment.

Members are solely responsible for their own business decisions and results.

14. Accuracy of Member Information

Members agree to provide accurate and current information when applying for or maintaining membership.

Members are responsible for notifying DPA Compass LLC of changes to their business name, contact information, website, services, professional credentials, or other information displayed through DPA Compass LLC.

DPA Compass LLC may remove or correct information that is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or inconsistent with the information provided by the member.

15. Agreement to These Terms

By purchasing, renewing, or maintaining a DPA Compass LLC membership, the member acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

By completing the membership enrollment process, the member also acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Membership payments are recurring.
  • Monthly memberships have a minimum initial commitment of three (3) months.
  • Monthly memberships automatically renew each month after the initial commitment.
  • Annual memberships automatically renew every twelve (12) months.
  • The member is responsible for canceling before the applicable billing or renewal date.
  • Payments already processed are generally non-refundable.

These Terms apply to all DPA Compass LLC membership levels unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

DPA Compass LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Membership Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms may be posted on the DPA Compass LLC website. Continued membership after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

DPA Compass LLC may provide notice of material changes when reasonably appropriate.
