Why we started DPA Compass LLC

While working in the nonprofit housing sector, I saw firsthand how difficult it was for homebuyers, realtors, and lenders to navigate constantly changing Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs. Information was often scattered, difficult to access, and not always easy to understand.

I also saw another challenge: getting families into a home was only the beginning. Many families who successfully purchased a home did not have access to the information and resources they needed to maintain their property, understand potential homeowner tax benefits, protect their investment, or plan for the future through estate planning.

That experience inspired DPA Compass LLC—a centralized resource designed to provide current DPA information across Florida while also supporting homeowners beyond the closing table.

Our goal is to educate and connect future and current homeowners, Realtors, lenders, and housing professionals with valuable information, resources, and trusted professionals.
