County's Down Payment Assistance Program?
The Housing Finance Authority (HFA) of Hillsborough County partners with participating mortgage lenders to administer its Home Sweet Home Hillsborough Down Payment Assistance Program. Mortgage lenders who would like to offer the program must become approved participating lenders through the HFA's program administrator.
Real estate agents do not need to be on an approved Realtor list. However, Realtors are encouraged to become familiar with the program requirements and work alongside participating lenders to help eligible homebuyers successfully navigate the homebuying process.
